We work with your organization initially to identify the specific Domains, Sub-Domains, Themes, and Sub-Themes that are important to its future.   We then undertake custom research into, and analysis of, all of the relevant trends and events happening in those spaces.   We employ a wide variety of methods for both our initial Scanning, and our subsequent Analysis & Forecasting.   Once finished, we are able to characterize all of the new future scenarios that could possibly occur in those Domains, and then narrow those down to the most plausible scenarios.   This sets the foundation necessary for thereafter being able to undertake Strategic Futuring work.
