If companies are to thrive in fast–moving markets, they need to be able to unleash the creative and innovative potential of their workforces.   Many are seeking effective ways to do just that.   They realize that until they succeed at doing this they will never reap the greatest benefit for their business in terms of innovation and accelerated growth.

We have studied thousands of organizations over many years to understand their workplace practices.   What we have witnessed time and again is that there are certain practices that foster a culture and environment of innovation, while also engendering maximum individual and team engagement.   Taken together, these form a powerful framework for a whole new way of managing and unleashing human potential, which we have captured in our Experiential Workplace Framework (XWP).

This 2 day course is designed to immerse participants in the subject of workplace innovation, while leveraging our Experiential Workplace Framework to expose them to new ways of organizing and operating businesses to deliver incredible levels of innovation.

The course is designed in such a way that it should be delivered first to those leaders who will have the opportunity to re–architect your workplace.   Once they have been trained and given the opportunity to develop a new workplace architecture that they are ready to implement, we then roll out the training to the rest of the organization.

THE ENGAGEMENT


The Workplace Experience Training Engagement typically follows these steps:

  1. We begin by listening to you in order to understand your workplace innovation goals.
    We also want to hear about your company's current culture and workplace environment.
  2. We then tailor our Workplace Experience Course to those goals and deliver it to your leaders.
    There are versions of this course tailored for executive, management, and line staffs.
  3. We follow up by offering post–training support for subsequent questions that may arise.
